3. Booking & Enquiries

5. Payment Terms

Deposit:- We may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Balance Payment:- The remaining amount is payable as per the payment schedule provided in the booking confirmation.
Refunds:- Refunds will be handled according to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Charges may apply depending on the timing of the request and services already performed or prepared.
